Lenders
Open Admin → Lenders (https://admin.finmatch.io/lenders/). The H1
is Lenders. The subtitle is Manage finance partners and lender
configurations. Snapshot line idle: Last lenders snapshot: —.
Toolbar: Builder Toggle Matrix and Refresh snapshot (title
Recompute today’s merchant-count snapshot for lender cards (display
only)).
Click a catalogue card to open that lender. Merchant assignments still live on the merchant Overview Lender card and Credit products, not on a Lender setup wizard.
Current lenders
Live lenders operators configure today: Aldermore, Clearpay, Hometree,
Humm, iwocaPay, Klarna, PaymentAssist, PayPal, Propensio, Snap
Finance, and Zopa. Those names match the catalogue cards on
https://admin.finmatch.io/lenders/.
DivideBuy is retired (Aug 2026, absorbed into Zopa). There is no DivideBuy admin page. Historical Finance Assistant enquiries still show the name DivideBuy so old rows do not collapse to a slug.
Zopa credentials and start-application settings are on the merchant: Bon Voyage and Zopa Start.
Click a catalogue card to open that lender’s Credit Products table (subtitle Credit products for this lender, Add Credit Product, Back to Lenders). What else is on that URL:
| Lender cards | After the click |
|---|---|
| Snap Finance, Humm, Klarna, PayPal, Propensio, Zopa | Tabs Credit Products, Lender Settings, and API. |
| Hometree | Credit products plus a Lender Settings URL that is still a placeholder card (builder not shipped). |
| Aldermore, Clearpay, iwocaPay, PaymentAssist | Credit products only. No Lender Settings builder on those URLs. |
Merchant assignments still live on the merchant Lender card, not on a Lender setup wizard. Builder details: Lender settings.
Dashboard cards
ⓘ How lender counts and snapshots work. Each lender card shows X merchants and Y products. Those numbers are dashboard statistics only. They do not control what runs on a merchant website.
| Figure | Source |
|---|---|
| Product count | Credit Products API on every page visit. This is the catalogue you edit on the lender’s credit products table. |
| Merchant count | How many production merchants have that lender in runtime config (finmatch-p/configs/finmatch-merchant-config.json). The page loads or creates a saved snapshot on first visit each day. |
Refresh snapshot hover title: Recompute today’s merchant-count snapshot for lender cards (display only). The button only recomputes today’s merchant-count snapshot so the cards update immediately. It is not an operational sync. Merchant lender assignments update when you save a merchant. Storefront SDK and quotes read runtime config directly.
The per-lender merchant × product matrix (toggle on the credit products page) always reads runtime config and the Credit Products API. It does not depend on snapshots.
Builder Toggle Matrix (https://admin.finmatch.io/lenders/builder-toggles/)
is a read-only diagnostic. Subtitle: Every builder feature toggle
(rows) against every lender (columns), per feature & mode. Read-only —
sourced from each lender's -logic.js deployed defaults. Only
differences and Hide all-off filter the grid. It does not write
settings. Cell hover titles: No logic module for this lender,
Lender styling unavailable (API), Enabled (on by default),
Available but off by default, Not set in lender logic — builder
shows it defaulted OFF. Count column hover: Lenders with this toggle
ON. Empty: No toggles match the current filters. Slot-count and
per-lender load-error titles are constructed at runtime and stay off
this page. Tablist aria-label Feature & mode. Modes: Modal · Embed,
Modal · Popup, Calculator · Embed, Calculator · Popup. Search
placeholder Filter toggles…. Legend: Enabled by default,
Available, off, Not in lender logic (builder shows off), No
logic module. Loading: Loading lender modules…. Row groups:
Layout & inputs, Finance breakdown, Transaction events,
Disclosures & eligibility, How to apply, Actions,
Branding, Lender-level (styling). Unknown keys land in Other.
Rate Card Products
Rate Card Products on the Lenders page is the same catalogue table as Credit products, grouped by lender. Subtitle: All credit products from the rate card, grouped by lender. Idle row: Loading rate card products.... Edit there or on a lender’s credit-products table — not a second writer.
Catalogue chrome
After the page script runs, the Rate Card Products header grows two read-only JSON buttons, and a sticky bar sits above the table. The same bar is on each lender’s Credit Products tab.
| Control | What it does |
|---|---|
| Credit products JSON | Opens Master Rate Card (Credit Products API). Live GET /credit-products. Does not write. |
| Lender-originated quotes JSON | Opens Lender-Originated Quotes (Shared Source of Truth). Live GET /lender-originated-quotes. Does not write. |
| Edit mode: Popup (default) / Table | Stored per browser. Popup: row Edit opens the popup editor. Table: row Edit inlines that row; Save Table writes; Cancel discards. + Add Event is inline-only. |
| Quotes: Hide / Show | Show adds quote columns. Display only. |
| Timing: Hide / Show | Toggles Payment timing / offset columns. Display only. |
| Legacy columns: Hide / Show | Toggles the grey Number of repayments / Rate factor / First payment columns. Display only. |
Row Edit still needs admin:lenders:write (or an admin role). Same
alert as the per-lender table. Do not paste APR ladders or SKU pound
figures onto this page.
