Lender API

Open API from Admin → Lenders → a lender card → API. The page subtitle is API reference (internal). Header tabs are Credit Products, Lender Settings, and API. The playground heading is API Playground. This is an internal live quote tester for merchants that have that lender enabled. It is not the public Partner API docs.

Do not paste partner keys or quote pound figures into these docs. gs://finmatch-admin is public.

Request (editable) is the JSON body. Copy Request, Send Request, Reset, and Copy JSON Response sit under the form. Empty merchant list: No live merchants found for this lender. Merchant hint when that list is empty: No merchants currently have this lender enabled in merchants.json. When merchants exist: Select a merchant to auto-fill merchant_id and partner_id. Missing lender in the URL: Cannot determine lender from URL. Load failure: Failed to load merchants. Response panel Partner API response starts as Send a request to view live API output.

Send Request​

Click Send Request. Quote comparison Request quotes is a different control — see Quote comparison.

  1. The button shows Sending... and is disabled. The response panel shows Sending request.... Comparison below the panel is cleared.
  2. Invalid request JSON: preview error, then the send throws Fix request format and retry.
  3. A parsed HTTP body with success true paints Success plus the status code. success false paints Error plus the status code. Copy JSON Response appears after a parsed body. Do not paste the raw JSON or partner keys onto this public page.
  4. Catch paints Request failed plus the exception message. Fallback when that message is empty: Network request failed. The button returns to Send Request.

The live endpoint is https://api.finmatch.io/v1/finance-quote. See Partner API. Playground sends use partner_id P000001. To see a live partner’s quotes in GCP (for example Infinity P000115), use Partner API Cloud Run logs.

While QuoteMonitor loads: Loading runtime and lender-originated data…. Empty comparison: No products to compare. When the merchant has no assigned SKUs: No credit products assigned to this merchant. Note under a filled comparison: Partner API response reused from above. Runtime and lender-originated fetched via QuoteMonitor. Catch-path: Request failed.
