H1 Applications. Subtitle: Every credit application and its latest lender status, across all merchants.

This is the staff ledger of Zopa and Propensio credit applications. It is not the Analytics KPI card Applications. Reference ID and Merchant link into that merchant’s Enquiries tab.

The page loads the whole date range into memory (count, then batches, then count again). Filters, counters, paging and Export CSV stay off until that load is complete. Load applications is the control that goes back to the server. Changing Status, View, Lender or Merchant after a complete load filters the batch in the browser.

Status and view

Default Status is Progressed. Progressed means a lender has sent at least one status (First lender status is set). Minted (nothing sent yet), Delivered to lender (no lender status yet) and No response logged rows are not in it; pick them in Status, or pick All statuses.

Delivered to lender (no lender status yet) is the started bucket. On table badges and in the status map it reads Delivered to lender. Definition: We've handed the customer to the lender's application form. The lender hasn't sent a status yet.

Other Status values: In progress, Referred, Approved, Signed, Completed, Declined, Other.

Default View is Recently delivered (sorts by when we handed the customer to the lender’s form). The other view sorts by days since last change and leaves out Completed and Declined.

Lender: All lenders, Propensio, Zopa. Merchant placeholder: Search merchant.

Lender updates

Column Lender updates. This is what Zopa or Propensio sent us, not Partner webhook deliveries and not CSN email (still off). One cell per row — not a column per webhook. The list shows a count only.

  • None — empty cell title: No inbound lender updates stored. Historic webhooks were not saved.
  • 1 update / N updates — populated title: Open the raw inbound lender updates we have stored for this application.

Click opens a right-hand drawer. H2 Lender updates (or Lender updates · plus the reference). Intro: Every raw inbound webhook we have stored for this application, oldest first. This is what the lender sent us, not what we sent a partner. Close with Close or Escape.

Idle: Loading inbound updates…. Load failure: Failed to load inbound lender updates. Empty drawer: No inbound lender updates stored for this application. We only keep the raw webhook from the moment this landed — historic deliveries were not saved.

Each stored POST is a card, oldest first: time, lender, Headers, Body. Empty headers: No headers stored. Missing time: Unknown time. Headers keep Content-Type and signature names; Authorization, Cookie, and similar secrets are stripped. Do not paste webhook tokens into /docs/.

Going-forward only. There is no historic backfill. Persist of a new inbound POST is fail-closed on Zopa status and Propensio STATUS_CHANGE (the lender retries). Aero still redirects the customer if that persist fails, so an Aero row can stay None after a decision.

Status map

The ⓘ on Normalised Status opens Raw lender status → Normalised Status. Intro: The raw status is always what the lender said. Normalised Status is a reporting bucket on top of it, used by the Status filter and by the default view. This reference is generated from the mapping the ledger actually applies.

Idle: Loading the status reference.... Unavailable: The status reference is unavailable. Load failure inside the panel: Failed to load the status reference. Close with Close or Escape.

Map columns: Raw status, Lender, Match, and Notes when a row has a note. Match kinds: Exact status, Code family, Anything else, Our own row. A rule that applies to every lender shows Either lender.

Legend: seen — This code has arrived at least once in the real session history. unseen — We accept this code but it has never arrived. Kept because the lender could send it at any time. That count is measured on session history as of the date the panel shows, not a live count.

FinMatch reference

Finance Assistant start for Zopa, Propensio, Snap, and Humm mints a FinMatch reference M{merchant}-P{partner}-R{sequence} on Apply / start, before the lender is opened. There is no FM-{timestamp}-{slug} placeholder. Mint failure does not open the lender; the customer sees We could not start your application just now. Please try again. Start path: Lender Apply start.

A Zopa application already stored under a merchant order id before mint-on-start keeps that old row. A later status can create a second row under the FinMatch reference. Old ids cannot be renamed.

Session object names on disk may still be a merchant order id. That is not the Applications Reference ID. Do not treat the object name as the ledger id.

If a FinMatch reference cannot be allocated on Zopa ingest, the row can appear with a zopa- prefix instead of M…-P…-R…. That is still not the merchant order id.

Credit status notification email is still off. No history backfill has run.
