Days run midnight to midnight, UK time (Europe/London, including British Summer Time).

Progressed means a lender has sent at least one status (First lender status is set). Minted, Delivered to lender (no lender status yet) and No response logged rows are not in it; pick them in Status, or pick All statuses. Delivered to lender: We've handed the customer to the lender's application form. The lender hasn't sent a status yet. Recently delivered sorts by when we handed the customer to the lender's form; Gone quiet sorts by days since the last change and leaves out Completed and Declined.
